We connect individuals interested in purchasing real estate in Tennessee with licensed Tennessee real estate professionals.

2. No Brokerage Relationship

Submitting your information through this site does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Live in Tennessee. Any such relationship would be established separately and directly with the licensed real estate agent you are matched with.

3. Agent Referrals

We refer buyers to licensed Tennessee real estate professionals. We do not guarantee the performance, conduct, or results of any agent we refer. Your relationship with a referred agent is solely between you and that agent.

We encourage you to verify the license status of any agent through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission at tn.gov/commerce/regboards/trec.

4. No Cost to Buyers

Our matching service is provided at no cost to buyers. The real estate agent you are matched with will discuss their representation fees with you directly. Those fees are separate from and unrelated to our service.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site. However, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content, and market conditions change frequently. All real estate decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

Live in Tennessee shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, any referral made through it, or any transaction with a referred agent. Our liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
